Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Naples, Florida, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper I to join our hospitality-driven maintenance team and keep the course in top condition.

Responsibilities include bunkers, mowing, soil preparation for sod and seed, and assisting with course setup and weed control. A month of related experience and a valid driver’s license are required, with a focus on reliable attendance and safety.

• Regular and reliable attendance is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general landscape maintenance using handheld equipment.
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers.
• Operate small machinery for edging, trimming and mowing.
• Prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
• Involved with tasks related to course detail (weed and debris clean up).
• Assist with golf course setup procedures.
• Operate utility vehicles for hauling material and removing debris.
• Perform skilled duties related to pruning, plugs, etc.
• Operate equipment safely and be aware of associates and their prospective work areas.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Perform other duties as required.
