Arcis Golf is seeking a Greenskeeper at Palm Valley Golf Club in Goodyear, AZ. This full-time role maintains the golf course, operates equipment, and supports maintenance and guest services to ensure an exceptional golfing experience.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. On-site work with a collaborative maintenance team and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping or golf course maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to operate standard golf course equipment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain golf course by mowing, trimming, turf care and bunker maintenance.
• Perform hole changing, hedge trimming, and general upkeep.
• Operate golf course equipment and assist maintenance crew.
• Support customer service oriented role with guests.
