Job summary

Troon, located in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a part-time Greenskeeper for a seasonal 6-month position at Reeves Golf Course. This role supports the course maintenance team, maintaining landscaping and turf to ensure an exceptional experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean, organized work areas on course and maintenance facility.
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areas.
• Waters tees, greens and fairways; operates irrigation heads as needed.
• Repairs the irrigation system, pipes, and irrigation heads.
• Grades and prepares soil base; lays sod and seeds greens, tees, and fairways.
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds.
• Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Reeves Golf Course, located in Cincinnati, OH, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:

Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

General Purpose:

The Greenskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees, and other areas
• Waters tees, greens, and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water
• Repairs the irrigation system, pipes, and irrigation heads as necessary
• Grades and prepares soil base; lays sod and seeds greens, tees, and fairways
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds
• Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications:
