Job summary

Heritage Eagle Bend in Aurora, CO, is seeking a full-time Greenskeeper to join the course maintenance team. You will manage landscaping and maintenance around the golf course and contribute to a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.

The role offers hourly compensation $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and opportunities to grow within Troon’s global network.

• Ability to design, coordinate and maintain landscaping on the golf course.
• Ability to operate all tools and equipment for course maintenance.
• Skilled in seeding, fertilizing, mulching and ground preparation for restoration and renovation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility.
• Mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees and other areas.
• Waters tees, greens and fairways; operates irrigation heads in dry areas needing additional water.
• Repairs the irrigation system, pipes and irrigation heads as necessary.
• Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways.
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds.
• Applies pesticides and fertilizer to the golf course.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Compensation:

Summary
The Greenskeeper is a key member of the course maintenance team and is responsible for the landscaping and maintenance around the golf course.
