Job summary

A Quality Facility Services in Greensburg seeks a full-time janitorial professional to keep buildings clean and orderly across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sites. The schedule is five days a week with alternate weekends.

You will perform duties such as cleaning fixtures, surfaces, floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas, and you may work solo or as part of a team to meet standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish fixtures, surfaces, and trim.
• Maintain cleanliness in rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• May buff floors in some facilities.
• Clean rugs and mats.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and trash bins.
• Transport trash to disposal area.

We are a privately owned, commercial cleaning and facility services company. We specialize in customized cleaning services for health care, commercial office, and industrial markets. Utilizing the latest technologies, equipment, cleaners, and management systems, We provided exceptional care of building spaces including hard surface floor care, carpet care, upholstery, windows, restroom sanitation, and more. We pride ourselves on training and developing our staff so that we are able to promote from within.

This location is a 5 days a week every other weekend. When you work the weekend you will have 2 days off during the week.

Job Purpose:

Keeps premises of buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing duties. These duties can be performed collectively, or a team member could perform just one of these duties in a building

Duties:

• Clean and polish (fixtures, surfaces, and trim)
• Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and other areas)
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• May potentially buff floors in some facilities
• Clean rugs and mats
• Dust furniture and equipment
• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty wastebaskets and trash bins
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area
