Responsibilities

• Clean and polish fixtures, surfaces, and trim.
• Maintain cleanliness in rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Potentially buff floors in some facilities.
• Clean rugs and mats; dust furniture and equipment; wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets and trash bins; transport trash to disposal area.

We are a privately owned, commercial cleaning and facility services company. We specialize in customized cleaning services for health care, commercial office, and industrial markets. Utilizing the latest technologies, equipment, cleaners, and management systems, We provided exceptional care of building spaces including hard surface floor care, carpet care, upholstery, windows, restroom sanitation, and more. We pride ourselves on training and developing our staff so that we are able to promote from within.

This location is a 5 days a week every other weekend. When you work the weekend you will have 2 days off during the week.

Job Purpose:

Keeps premises of buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing duties. These duties can be performed collectively, or a team member could perform just one of these duties in a building

Duties:

• Maintain cleanliness in the following areas (rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, cafeterias, locker rooms, and other areas)

• Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills
• Empty wastebaskets and trash bins
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area
