A Quality Facility Services in Greensburg, PA is seeking a part-time Janitorial Supervisor to lead and support daily cleaning operations. The role runs 3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Monday–Friday with weekends as needed, offering hands-on leadership and opportunities for growth.

As a supervisor, you’ll oversee staff, ensure quality standards, track hours, and coordinate with the Account Manager. Prior janitorial experience is preferred but not required, with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Communicate updates on schedules, procedures, and company policies.
• Work closely with the Account Manager.
• Step in to assist with coverage when needed.
• Identify opportunities for additional services, including carpet cleaning, floor care, window cleaning, and more.
