Job summary

Pechanga Resort and Casino is seeking a Greenkeeper to operate a variety of golf course mowing equipment, including tractors and loaders, and to perform routine manual labor involved in course maintenance under supervision.

The role includes semi-skilled grounds construction, maintaining landscape areas, sand bunkers, and assisting with aerifing, topdressing, fertilizing, sod, seeding, and edging, while adhering to Four Diamond service standards.

Qualifications

• High school not required; 1 year greens-keeping experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic instructions and safety signs.
• Valid CA Driver’s License is required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operates mowers in cutting greens, tees, collars, approaches, and roughs.
• Maintains sand bunkers.
• Performs course set up and preparation.
• Assists in aerifying, topdressing, fertilizing, sodding, seeding, planting, edging, and excavating.
• Maintains landscape areas, trees, streams, lakes, and native environments.
• Other duties as assigned
