Job summary

Florida Crystals Corporation is a fully integrated cane sugar company with greenhouse operations in South Florida. The Laborer role supports daily greenhouse operations through transplanting, trimming, fertilizing, and maintaining plant health in a physically active environment.

You will work as part of a safety‑driven team, following SOPs, operating equipment, and maintaining clean, organized work areas to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Flexibility to work under varying weather conditions.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill trays with soil and prepare planting materials.
• Grade plants by size and quality.
• Transplant plants into trays with soil.
• Trim, water, and apply fertilizers to plants.
• Prepare and load plant racks for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on greenhouse and nursery equipment.
• Glassware washing and cleaning laboratory areas.
