Qualifications

• Previous greenhouse or labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill trays with soil and prepare planting materials.
• Grade plants by size and quality.
• Transplant plants into trays with soil.
• Trim, water, and apply fertilizers to plants.
• Prepare and load plant racks for shipping; maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Perform routine maintenance on greenhouse and nursery equipment.
• Glassware washing and cleaning laboratory areas.
• Assist with culture media preparation and sterilization.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear.
• Adhere to SOPs and support additional tasks as needed.
