Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of proven greenhouse experience.
• Valid Driver's License required for off-site deliveries.
• Clean drug screen and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate, maintain, and monitor all plant material to meet production and quality standards.
• Instruct, train, and assist individuals served by ROI to meet objectives in their Work Plans.
• Track daily work activities and document the vocational progress of each individual.
• Maintain clean and safe greenhouse environment, free of weeds and hazards.
• Handle inventory control and off-site delivery of plants to purchasers.
