Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work variable hours, including occasional weekends.
• Ability to work independently and in a large group.

Responsibilities

• Assist the greenhouse manager in all aspects of operations.
• Conduct hand crosses according to Breeder specifications.
• Maintain accurate records for all activities in the greenhouse.

Skills

Experience in Microsoft Applications

Excellent organizational skills

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Associate or bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, etc.
