The candidate will work in both clean laboratory and growth chamber settings with plants, soil, and plant pathogens. Experience with sterile technique and culturing fungi is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include preparing testing supplies, culturing inoculum, planting, plant care, inoculation, disease assessment, and routine cleaning of labs and chambers. Experience in plant care or plant pathology/nematology is a plus.
