Responsibilities

• Perform & oversee daily plant care: watering, fertilizing, deadheading, sanitation, and growth regulation.
• Assist with plant inventory, ordering, receiving, labeling, and pulling.
• Identify pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies and apply corrective treatments.
• Maintain greenhouse equipment and fertilization programs.
• Coordinate materials for seasonal container displays and client orders.
• Train, mentor, and coach staff to company standards.
• Support garden maintenance teams during peak season (June–November).
• Ensure safety, quality control, and excellent communication across teams.

This is a seasonal position with strong potential for full-time, year-round employment for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support 2–6 greenhouse team members

Schedule & Employment Details

• Seasonal position with opportunity to transition to full-time, year-round employment for the right candidate
• Start date = beginning of March 2026
• Morning, mid-day, and evening shifts (up to 8 PM)
• Some weekend work required
• Full-time hours available (32-40 hours/week)

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License (Class D)
• MN Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
