Responsibilities

• Assist/organize repairs to mechanical equipment and machinery in greenhouse operations.
• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on plant equipment.
• Ensure functionality and reliability of all mechanical systems and report issues.
• Install and maintain new equipment.
• Communicate daily progress to management regarding tasks/assignments.
• Complete all tasks in a timely manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical issues.
• Ensure OSHA safety policies and programs are followed.
