Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Greenhouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a passion for plants, and possesses strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Organize, water, fertilize, prune, and perform general maintenance on various plants, including annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs.
• Assist with accepting and organizing plant deliveries, accurately pulling customer orders, and preparing plants for sale or installation.
• Collaborate with the team on seasonal annuals installations and other landscape projects.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the nursery and surrounding areas.
• Undertake a variety of other tasks as needed to support nursery operations and customer service.

Job Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods in various weather conditions.
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage plant inventory, deliveries, and work areas efficiently.
• Highly motivated to work independently and take initiative on tasks without constant supervision.
• Cooperative and collaborative attitude, willing to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
• Basic knowledge of plants, including identification, care requirements, and common pests/diseases, is preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a significant plus.
• Experience operating a loader is a definite advantage.
