No prior greenhouse experience is required, and we are willing to train the right candidate. You will work under supervision to support daily operations and plant care.

You must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, stand for long periods, pass a background check, and work well independently or on a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily greenhouse operations and general labor tasks.
• Plant, move, water, and care for plants as needed.
• Load, unload, and move materials and supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Perform other physical labor duties as assigned.
