You will work in a team, receive structured training, and may progress to Grower Assistant based on performance and skill mastery. Rotating weekend and holiday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet physical requirements: standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe greenhouse work areas and support daily operations.
• Assist with initial training and general labor tasks in the Growing Department.
• Support weed spraying, fertilizer mixing, and seed room activities as directed.
• Record materials applied to plants accurately and compliantly.
• Participate in IPM training and basic pest recognition tasks.
• Expand irrigation/boom-related responsibilities as competency grows.
• Contribute to departmental support and task completion as assigned.
