Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Greenhouse Associate to help keep our greenhouses healthy and vibrant during the busiest time of year. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just starting out, this role offers hands-on plant care training and a fast-paced, supportive environment.

You will water, care for, and merchandise a diverse range of plants, assist with shipments, and help customers with basic care guidance. No prior experience is required, and a positive attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stay active and on your feet during shifts.
• Comfortable lifting 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• No prior gardening experience required; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Water, care for, and maintain a diverse selection of plants (annuals, perennials, herbs, vegetables, tropicals).
• Assist with unloading and organizing incoming plant shipments.
• Restock and merchandise plants to keep displays full, clean, and visually appealing.
• Create and update pricing and signage as needed.
• Monitor plant health and report issues to the team.
• Support customers in selecting plants and provide basic care guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the greenhouse.
• Assist with general customer service during peak times.
