Role Description
As the Greenfield (Joint Trench) Program Manager, your role encompasses overseeing the complete development of the Joint Trench Greenfield program at GFiber, from its inception to its successful completion. You will play a pivotal role in driving cross-product and cross-team initiatives, collaborating closely with diverse team members and external partners to improve and optimize our projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating joint trench contracts with developers and/or joint trench contractors. This role will also be the company’s point of contact for all in‑market & business planning as it relates to new construction within the market. The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $114,000 - $126,000 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
