Job summary

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst for an upcoming project opportunity RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE in the Fayetteville Area MPO planning area, Cumberland County, North Carolina. This contract/project-based role requires analyzing travel demand, congestion, safety, performance, equity, and geospatial datasets, and documenting reproducible findings.

You will collect, validate, and document source data, assumptions, and rules, then publish datasets

Qualifications

• Experience performing Travel Demand Modeling and Mobility Data Analyst responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Licenses, certifications, clearances, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

• Execute RFLOI FAMPO 2055 scope: analyze travel demand, congestion, safety, equity, and geospatial data.
• Collect, validate, and document source data, rules, performance measures, and analysis method.
• Perform analyses, modeling, estimates, scenarios, reconciliations, or requirements mapping with reproducible papers.
• Review findings with stakeholders, resolve data exceptions, evaluate alternatives, and document decisions.
• Publish the approved dataset, model, dashboard, schedule, requirements package, or report with quality checks and evidence.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda; document assumptions, open items, risks, and client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, and delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escape blockers before submission or delivery readiness.

• Publish the approved dataset, model, dashboard, schedule, requirements package, or report with quality checks and acceptance evidence.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role-specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post-award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and escape blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
