The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) invites applications for a Production Tracking Fellowship in Boston, MA. This 6-month program supports the Production Management Department and exposure to incentive programs for solar and renewable energy. The fellow will work on data quality, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

The fellow will earn $20 per hour, up to 40 hours per week, from January through June 2027, gaining hands-on experience in data analysis, memos, and presentations.

Qualifications

• College undergraduate (sophomore or higher) or graduate student.
• Prefer majors in science, environmental studies, business, or public policy.
• Strong Excel skills and customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to system owners and production reporters.
• Assist with monthly production reporting and data corrections.
• Maintain flow of PV applications and ensure documentation quality.
• Update PTS with accurate system and user data.
• Analyze project data, create visualizations and memos.
• Support outreach and marketing materials and events.
