American Power & Gas in New York is hiring a Customer Experience Agent for an onsite, full-time role with base pay plus commission. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with no weekends, and paid training to set you up for success.

You will work in a call center handling residential and small commercial energy needs, delivering excellent customer service, leading conversations to promote green energy solutions, and collaborating with a supportive team as you grow in inside sales.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or telemarketing experience required; entry to experienced encouraged.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions by phone.
