Northwest Hardwoods is seeking a Green Chain Puller to help keep lumber moving through the facility. You’ll load and unload trucks, sort lumber by size, species and grade, and keep carts and storage bays organized.

The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; weekly schedule Mon-Fri with occasional weekends, and opportunities to contribute to a global supply chain.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Available to work Monday – Friday with occasional weekends.
• Preferred: experience in lumber manufacturing or material handling.

As a Green Chain Puller, work closely with the manufacturing team to keep lumber moving through the facility, ensure products are properly handled and organized, and help maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload lumber trucks

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, safety-minded, and enjoys hands-on, physically active work.

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age

Preferred:

• Previous experience in lumber manufacturing, lumber material handling is a plus, but not required
