Northwest Hardwoods, Inc. is hiring a Green Chain Puller to keep lumber moving through the production facility in Hacker Valley, WV. You’ll load/unload trucks, sort by size and grade, and help maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced setting.

This entry-level role emphasizes safety, reliability, and physical stamina, with weekend rotations and opportunities for cross-training and growth within a fully integrated manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Available to work Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.
• Experience in lumber manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Safety-minded and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Green Chain Puller, work closely with the manufacturing team to keep lumber moving through the facility, ensure products are properly handled and organized, and help maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

What You Bring
