Job summary

Andros Innovations is hiring a Business Development Lead to drive market entry for our low-pressure, decentralized ammonia synthesis platform. You will identify beachhead markets, pursue early adopters, and structure deals that translate technology into revenue.

You will own techno-economic modeling (LCOA) and work with engineering to map value to customers. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, partnerships, and compelling commercial plans.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering/Science required.
• 3–5 years of commercial experience in BD, technical sales, or product management.
• Ability to build and close strategic deals (LOIs, MOUs).
• Strong communication and Excel-based market modeling skills.
• Experience in tech-heavy or chemical/industrial markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify beachhead markets and early adopters for green ammonia.
• Negotiate LOIs, MOUs, and purchase agreements.
• Align customer needs with engineering capabilities and product roadmap.
• Own techno-economic modeling to map LCOA to customer value.
• Develop strategic partnerships with distributors and logistics providers.
• Support non-dilutive funding efforts for government grants.
