Job Description

Papastratos, a leading tobacco company committed to designing a smoke-free future with innovative products like IQOS, is searching for Virtual Sales Advisors.

We are looking for Virtual Sales Experts with high levels of legal age user (“Customer”) orientation to ensure the acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle value of our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform consumer engagement via video calls at Points of Sale to achieve sales and product awareness among Adult Smokers, including up/cross selling, lead generation, loyalty, and personalized offers for existing customers by assessing their needs and offering targeted products and services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by handling concerns promptly and professionally, focusing on enhancing customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive new sales and consumer engagement to raise product awareness among prospects.
• Upsell and cross-sell, providing personalized offers to existing customers, and generate leads from current IQOS users.
• Offer solutions based on customer needs to improve their experience.
• Provide remote support utilizing digital solutions.
• Follow all operational processes and stay updated on new procedures, products, and services.
• Comply with all applicable legal requirements and data privacy regulations.
• Achieve set results and targets.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Minimum graduate studies or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English is an asset.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Good knowledge of acquisition, conversion, and CLM products, procedures, and services.
• Willingness to update knowledge about company processes regularly.
• Ability to ask the right questions to understand customer needs and offer solutions.
• Detail-oriented during video calls.
• Effective time and work schedule management skills.
• Value teamwork and sharing best practices.
