Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Education, Psychology, Counseling, Leadership, Business Administration, or related field. Master's preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of relevant higher education or student activities experience; able to advise student orgs, plan programs, interpret policies, and collaborate with students, faculty, staff and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise governing councils and coach chapters; support recruitment, chapter development, recognition and assessment; monitor policy compliance; coordinate educational programs and events.
• Manage RSO registrations, advise student leaders and advisors, coordinate involvement initiatives, maintain campus engagement platform, train organizations, support funding and recognition processes.
• Coordinate department and divisional programs, campus engagement initiatives and special events; collaborate with campus partners; supervise student employees; support assessment and communications.
• Support Center for Student Involvement functions and complete other duties and projects as assigned.
