JOB GOAL: The GSRP Lead Teacher is responsible for creating and maintaining a high-quality early childhood learning environment that aligns with the Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) standards and fosters growth across all domains of development.
ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITIES:
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Within the first 30 days of employment and every year after (as long as remaining in the position) employee must complete the following: Infant, Child, & Adult CPR, first aid, blood borne pathogen training, and 16 clock hours of training in child development, curriculum, child discipline, health/safety, nutrition, working with parents, licensing rules for child care centers, and/or other relevant educational topics.
EVALUATION:Annual evaluation conducted by the Building Director/Supervisor.
