Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding its team in Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers to provide in-home care for private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program participants.

Caregivers will support daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and companionship in clients' homes, with a focus on safety and independence. We offer weekly pay and opportunities for ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience
• Dependable, professional and compassionate
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
