Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers who are dependable and ready to make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

We provide personalized in-home care helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home. We service private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants across Tennessee, with opportunities for full-time or part-time schedules and growth as the company expands.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
