Job summary

Pfizer seeks a Manager, Technology, Metrics, and Automation to drive data, automation, and platforms enabling risk-informed decisions across Cyber GRC. You will govern data pipelines, reporting systems, and automated workflows ensuring timely, accurate information flows and executive-ready insights.

Lead dashboards for risk committees, drive standardized metrics, and partner with Cybersecurity, IT, Privacy, and Internal Audit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience; OR master's 2+ years; OR PhD 0+; OR associate 8 years; OR high school diploma with 10+ years.
• 4+ years in information technology or cybersecurity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Strong experience with GRC platforms, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Experience designing metrics and dashboards for executive decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in a highly regulated, matrixed enterprise environment.
• Agile work environment experience with collaboration and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for Cyber GRC tooling.
• Partner with IT and platform teams on system upgrades and data feeds.
• Define and govern Cyber GRC metrics, KPIs, and KRIs.
• Develop executive dashboards for leadership and risk committees.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve data quality and consistency.
• Lead implementation of workflow automation, approvals, and reporting capabilities.
• Ensure alignment between GRC data and enterprise data standards.
• Collaborate with data/analytics teams to enable scalable reporting.
