Job summary

Wonder, a mealtime platform, seeks a seasoned information security professional to lead SOX, SOC 2, and related compliance initiatives in the United States. You will plan risk assessments, test security controls, and coordinate with internal and external auditors to gather evidence and ensure readiness.

The role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex controls to nontechnical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS Controls, HIPAA, IT audit and SOX compliance.
• Hands-on SOX compliance, ITGCs, and full audit lifecycle.
• Experience planning and executing information security risk assessments and control testing.
• Experience coordinating with auditors, evidence gathering and walkthroughs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain controls to nontechnical audiences.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• CISA, CRISC, CISSP or equivalent certification highly preferred.
