Job summary

Huntington seeks a GRC Software Engineer to design, develop, and support complex GRC platforms across multiple offices, with optional remote work. You will analyze needs, implement solutions, and collaborate with IT and business groups.

Strong GRC experience and cloud/on-prem knowledge are required. Responsibilities include leading projects when needed, staying current with tech trends, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related software development experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in GRC systems (Archer, OpenPages, ProcessUnity, ServiceNow IRM).
• Experience with cloud native platforms and on-prem hosted apps (AWS, Apigee, Linux OS, OpenShift).
• Experience with .NET/C# or Python/Java; agile environment; multi-platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and develop systems based on user specifications.
• Provide technical assistance in solving hardware or software problems.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends related to Huntington's tech space.
• May lead projects and train less experienced staff.
• Balance development and support roles across business segments.
