Job summary

Astir IT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced GRC Developer – ServiceNow for a long-term remote contract.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, VRM, TPRM, and BCM, with strong development and integration capabilities. Qualifications include 12+ years in IT, ServiceNow CSA and CIS certifications, and telecommunications domain experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules: Risk Management, Policy & Compliance, Audit Management, VRM, TPRM, BCM.
• Strong ServiceNow development and customization experience.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Active ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Active ServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification.
• Telecommunications domain experience is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement GRC/IRM solutions on ServiceNow.
• Customize and integrate ServiceNow modules per client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure risk and compliance controls are effective.
