Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/cybersecurity or related field.
• 2–4 years of information security, training development, or instructional design experience.
• Experience with security awareness programs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and deliver security awareness training.
• Curate training for audiences across security, development, admin, and leadership.
• Analyze simulation results to identify high-risk groups.
• Maintain cybersecurity awareness communications and intranet site.
• Foster a no-blame reporting culture.
