• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, auditing, finance, risk management, governance, or related fields.
• Experience identifying and mitigating organizational risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor organizational risks while ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.
• Analyze financial records and data to identify irregularities and support resolution of issues.
• Schedule audits, assign staff, review reports, and prioritize audits; monitor compliance of funds to municipalities and counties.
• Review STO data and other sources to detect irregularities and potential misuse of state funds.
• Develop and manage security plans and perform access control compliance and risk assessments.
