The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of development experience and hands-on AI/automation expertise, with a focus on reliability, privacy, and regulatory alignment in a remote-first environment.

• 3-6 years of related development experience.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and applying AI tools or automation technologies.
• Curiosity and continuous learning around AI capabilities for security/compliance.
• Ability to identify automation opportunities and build solutions.

Responsabilités

• Build automations to reduce manual work across information security and compliance.
• Create third-party security review automations for procurement and reviews.
• Design and optimise AI-assisted workflows and prompts for efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and reports to show compliance status and risks.
