Ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in GRC or compliance, strong written and verbal English, and a knack for asking the right questions to navigate complex controls and risk scenarios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2+ years in a GRC, risk, or compliance role.
• Experience with third-party/vendor risk management and due diligence.
• Experience creating or maintaining policies, standards and procedures.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and risk identification/evaluation.
• Experience supporting SOC2 audits with evidence gathering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage third-party risk assessments including due diligence and monitoring.
• Collaborate to create and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assist with risk analyses to identify and track risks.
• Support SOC2 audit by gathering evidence and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain the GRC program aligned with business objectives.
• Promote security and risk awareness through clear communication.
• Leverage AI/ML to automate tasks and enhance governance processes.
• Conduct internal audits of systems and processes.
• Tackle ambiguous problems, ask questions to orient quickly.
