Job summary

The Vanguard Group seeks a security professional to lead the technical authority on application and systems security, fraud controls, and policy development. You will conduct risk analyses, support global security standards, and oversee policy implementation to strengthen enterprise safeguards.

Role requires collaboration with Compliance, regional teams, and external regulators; hybrid work model offered with focus on governance excellence and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Five years related work experience in Information Security or fraud.
• In-depth knowledge of frameworks and standards (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, CIS Controls, ISO 27002) and financial services cyber regulations.
• Experience with GRC solutions platform and automation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the technical authority on security of applications and systems software.
• Performs security and fraud assessments, risk analyses, and contingency plan reviews.
• Supports development and maintenance of global security and fraud policies and standards.
