Job summary

Jefferson seeks an information security professional to contribute to governance, risk, and resilience initiatives. You will apply security policies, perform risk assessments, and help align with regulatory requirements.

You will use data-driven approaches to identify vulnerabilities, measure risks, and promote security awareness across the organization. The ideal candidate has a STEM degree and 3 years of relevant experience, with familiarity with enterprise-wide information security controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/tech/math or equivalent with certifications.
• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with risk assessments and regulatory compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of an integrated GRC program and workflows.
• Apply enterprise information security policies and procedures.
• Perform risk assessments including business impact and third-party reviews.
• Synthesize data to inform security posture and resilience gaps.
• Develop KPIs and communicate risk trends within the GRC team.
