WesBanco, Inc. seeks an IT risk & GRC professional to support governance, risk, and compliance efforts aligning technology controls with regulatory expectations and industry standards. You will assist with risk assessments, policy management, third-party risk, and audit remediation.

The role requires familiarity with FFIEC, NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls, and related frameworks, plus strong communication and analytical skills. Fort Lauderdale-based, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Business or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant IT risk or governance experience.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, CGEIT or CISSP preferred.
• Familiar with FFIEC IT Handbook, NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls, and NIST SP 800-53.
• Experience with SOC 2, ITGC/SOX concepts, and cloud risk (AWS/Azure).
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Aufgaben

• Maintains technology policy hierarchy and supports reviews to align with NIST CSF 2.0, CIS Controls v8, FFIEC.
• Supports IT risk assessment program and IT risk register maintenance.
• Performs control self-assessments across IT domains (IAM, change, vulnerability, data protection).
• Supports Third-Party Risk Management including vendor due diligence and monitoring.
• Assists with regulatory examinations and audits, tracking findings to closure.
• Develops and reports technology risk metrics and KRIs for governance committees.
• Supports AI governance activities (NIST AI RMF, ISO 42001) incl. AI inventory and lifecycle controls.
