Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for client assurance requests (security questionnaires, SOC reports, and related docs).
• Review and respond to client security questionnaires with aligned, defensible responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, and IT Security to gather information and meet SLAs.
• Use approved tools and AI-enabled responses to draft accurate, consistent disclosures.
