Job summary

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Analyst for the Prime Contracts Group. The role focuses on developing and leading initiatives related to business system automations, IT needs, and technology planning across the Legal Division.

On a typical day, you will define needs, map processes, and lead cross-functional work to ensure enterprise-wide consistency. Candidates should hold a DOE Q-level security clearance and be prepared for hybrid onsite/offsite work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and planning abilities.
• Experience in governance, risk, and compliance concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT tool liaison to define needs and coordinate tool development.
• Review workflows, map processes, and identify inefficiencies or compliance gaps.
• Coordinate across units to allocate personnel and technology resources.
• Oversee development and deployment of technology solutions for process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver reports or presentations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with legal and prime contract staff to test and improve systems.
