Job summary

Kodak Alaris Colorado is seeking a manufacturing associate to join the Windsor facility. This role supports Thermal Media Manufacturing in chemical mixing, gravure printing, and quality control, with emphasis on safety around hazardous chemicals and large equipment.

You will perform setup/startup/shutdown, monitor processes, and follow SOPs under guidance from a Team Leader and the Technical/Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Gravure Operator Certificate is preferred.
• Experience in Gravure Printing operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine indicators and process information and respond to alarms.
• Perform start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures for equipment.
• Identify abnormalities and troubleshoot to resolve quality defects.
• Collect routine quality samples and monitor QC software.
• Follow SOPs and Corrective Action Guidelines; communicate observations to team.
• Data entry into quality control systems and daily efficiency reporting.
