Job summary

Len-Tex Corporation in North Walpole, NH seeks a full-time onsite Design Technician to turn design intent into production-ready wallcoverings artwork. Starting at 17.00 per hour, this entry-level role supports pattern development, color management, and documentation.

You will build artwork for wallcoverings, participate in ink testing and strike-offs, maintain file organization, and collaborate with designers and clients to ensure accurate results in production.

Qualifications

• Strong design sensibility with color development skills.
• Preferred background in graphic design, textile design, surface pattern design, or related fields.
• Knowledge of color management workflows.
• Detail-first, problem-solving approach and strong collaboration/communication.

The Position

Len-Tex Corporation is hiring a full-time, onsite Design Technician in North Walpole, NH (starting at $17.00). This entry-level role exists to support the creation, prep, and production of standard and custom wallcoverings prototypes, turning design intent into production-ready files.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and update artwork for wallcoverings, including separations and engraver-ready output
• Support colorway development, ink testing, and strike-off preparation
• Maintain organized files, version control, and clear documentation
• Partner with designers and clients to develop and deliver accurate results

Typical Workflow

Every day starts early, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 am-4:30 pm; Friday hours vary. You will a part in the life of seeing designs come to life as physical wallcovering products. You will work in the development of patterns, textures, and color management to create vinyl wallcovering products that lead the industry.
