Job summary

OT may be required, with shift differentials and a sign-on bonus of $2,000. The position offers a pay range of $26.00 to $43.00 per hour, plus shift differentials ($2.00 for 2nd shift, $3.00 for 3rd shift).

Qualifications

• Experience setting up gravure or offset presses.
• Ability to perform make-ready tasks and inspect plates/cylinders.
• Proficiency in color corrections and maintaining print quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, operate, and maintain gravure/offset press to print multi-color work.
• Review job specs to determine press setup according to run imposition.
• Perform make-ready tasks: hanging plates, installing cylinders, checking alignment and tension.
• Make necessary color corrections to meet quality specs.
• Maintain and troubleshoot press equipment and perform routine maintenance.
