Responsibilities

• Park and retrieve vehicles safely following company policies and procedures.
• Ensure keys are securely stored.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
• Explain parking procedures and fees to guests.
• Assist customers with questions or concerns and resolve issues calmly.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the parking lot and surrounding areas.
• Maximize revenue by accurately collecting all fees.
• Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly.
