Job summary

Interflex Merrill in Merrill, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced press operator to operate a central impression press, meet production schedules, and uphold quality and safety standards.

You will set up, adjust and run presses by manufacturing orders, perform minor maintenance, maintain a clean, organized work area, and communicate clearly with relief staff and supervisors to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands the manufacturing order and spec sheet.
• Effectively and appropriately uses hand tool.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• Understands the operation of the printing press, including how to make appropriate adjustments.
• Demonstrates ability to properly conduct required quality checks and tests.
• Works effectively with other associates, promoting a team environment.
