Job summary

Parking Concepts in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a reliable sweeper operator to maintain cleanliness and safety of our parking lots and garages. You will drive specialized sweeping vehicles, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and follow safety procedures to protect clients and property.

The position offers both full-time and part-time hours with a graveyard shift. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, and we provide training for the right candidate to ensure quality

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must pass a clear background check.
• Ability to perform physical requirements with or without accommodations.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting 25lbs. frequently; driving continuously.
• Occasionally using a backpack blower weighing ~25 lbs.
• Exposure to dust, odors, grease, oil, particulates, wet/hot conditions and noise.
• Work mostly outside.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and concentration.
• Eye/hand coordination.
• Equipment handling.

Responsibilities

• Operates sweeping vehicle.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are secure prior to operation.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Monitors vehicle on route and reports concerns to Supervisor.
• Notifies Supervisor of incidents, accidents, injuries or property damages.
• May operate a blower to clean sidewalks and dumpster areas.
• Full Time and Part Time positions available; Graveyard shift.
• Sweeping experience is a plus; training provided.
